Description

LalBrew Verdant IPA 11 g – dry yeast for hop-forward and malty beers LalBrew Verdant IPA is an ale yeast from Lallemand, selected in collaboration with Verdant Brewing Co. (UK) for its ability to produce both hop-forward and malt-rich beers. The yeast gives prominent notes of apricot with undertones of tropical fruit and citrus, which blend well with hop aromas. With medium-high attenuation it leaves a soft, balanced malt profile with slightly more body than a typical American IPA strain. A good alternative to Wyeast 1318 if you prefer dry yeast. Verdant IPA is also available in a 500 g pack for larger batches.
