Percy™ is a pitching tool that lets you dose dry brewing yeast directly and hygienically straight from the 500 g and 2.5 kg packs. The tool pierces the sterile target disc on the pack and channels the yeast through the hollow handle into your fermentation vessel. This reduces the risk of cross-contamination during pitching. Percy™ was developed for breweries working with Fermentis dry yeast in these packs.
