Fermoale New-E 11.5 g dry yeast from AEB Brewing – for NEIPA and hazy IPA Fermoale New-E from AEB Brewing is a dry yeast for beer styles in the American East Coast tradition, such as New England IPA (NEIPA), hazy IPA, juicy pale ale and pastry stout. The yeast is designed to lift the fruity aromas from the hops, with notes of mango, passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, orange and lime. It retains some residual sugar and produces moderate alcohol, which together give the beer a soft, full and juicy mouthfeel. Medium attenuation and low flocculation make it well suited to hazy beers with lots of aroma. The yeast has high ester production, low sulphur and is POF negative, giving a fruity, clean profile without phenols. This item is sold with a best before date of April 2026.
