Yellow Thing IPA 6%

Yellow Thing is an IPA fermented with Saccharomyces brux-like Trois – a Belgian yeast strain traditionally used for wild fermentations. This IPA comes off the back of Villages brewer Jonny wanting to make a ‘pineapple bomb of a beer’. They’ve paired the mango and pineapple-like esters produced by the yeast with the hop Sultana – big pineapple aroma! Alongside this they’ve used a pale, oaty malt bill and a bit of Citra for an IPA rich in tropical aromas. Finishes nice and dry this one.
