XI.iii Pruim: Mirabelle

This Pruim from 3 Fonteinen features the Mirabelle plum, sourced at Hoenshof in Limburg. They macerated the entire plums for almost five months using two young lambikken from three different barrels. Just before bottling, they blended it with some more young lambik. The resulting Pruim has a final fruit intensity of 518 grams of Mirabelle plums per litre and is made with 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.
