A smashable complex dark lager. With a focus on simplicity, to let the ingredients sing, the brewers tracked the deep malty veins of some favourite EU classics. Weaving together Pilsner malt, Carapils, Carafa 3, Munich, & finally some YQ Wheat. This wonderful grain, grown in Somerset, reveals true flavours from the land. All flowing together for some subtle nutty, bready, and toasty flavours.
