X Side Project Jammy BA Fruited Sour 8%

Jammy is our blackberry Farmhouse ale brewed in collaboration with Side Project Brewing from St. Louis, MO. We use both of our house yeast cultures to ferment the base beer in oak barrels for several months before aging the beer on whole, fresh blackberries. The addition of their yeast culture to ours adds a touch more acidity and complexity. The blackberries we use are sourced from a local grower and Hotchkiss, Colorado and add a delicious amount of perceived sweetness to the blend.
