Brewed with One Drop as part of a home and away collaboration. Super sessionable and soured on a house lactobacillus culture. Infused with whole pulped lemon and limes – pith, peel and all. Citrus oils along wit the juice give full rounded depth balancing the fresh, tart notes with a little bitterness.
