x Old Chimneys

Artefact X Old Chimneys Barley Wine. To celebrate our first year of brewing we have made a series of three collaboration beers with Alan Thomson of Old Chimeys Brewery. The series is inspired by medieval brewing at Gisworth’s priory, Ixworth’s name in the Domesday Book. These modern interpretations have been seven months in the making, each batch staggered to be released in their prime. The most decadent of the series, brewed with care and hidden away to mature. A full bodied, sweet and boozey barley wine. Expect treacle, Madeira wine, nutty malt, currant fruits & vanilla.
