This IPA was designed to showcase the amazing El Dorado hop. They have also soured the wort to help accentuate the stone fruit characters of the hop which came in as 16% Alpha and 2% beta. Whirlpool hops at 80 deg C plus 20g/L dry hopping has made this a great fruity sour IPA
