Tom of Land & Labour in Galway made the trip to Leith to create this hoppy unfiltered lager beer. Brewed using the heritage barley variety Hunter, raw wheat from Galway and hopped with lashings of lovely New Zealand hops. Ingredients: Water, hops, yeast, dextrose, raw wheat, hunter barley
