Pete from Denmark’s Gamma Brewing came home to Scotland to brew this beer in celebration of a joint love of classic Scottish lager. The brew team used a decent amount of raw landrace wheat grown in Fife along with some Herkules hops from a particularly aromatic batch to make this absolute belter.
