x Fourman Screich IPA 6.5%

This is a collaboration with Fourman Brewery based at the Trevor pub in Glynde, helmed by Robin Head-Fourman, former head brewer at Beak’s tenure at Beak. This puts a Scot’s twist on a NZ hazy pale, using a base of bere barley from the Borders, raw landrace wheat from Fife and luxurious flaked oats from Perthshire, then hopped heavily with Motueka from NZ’s Sunrise Valley.
