This beer is the second collaboration with our good friends at Deya Brewery, who came to Braybrooke to brew a special dark beer. A dark malt base is the backbone of this Schwarzbier in which the roasted malt edge is pleasantly highlighted as a main aroma. The gentle citrus and mint finish, courtesy of the spruce tips we infused in it, adds a delicate cola character at the end of every sip.
