Brewery: Wildflower Style: Hoppy Mixed Fermentation Ale Size: 750ml Bottle Origin: Sydney, NSW Australia ABV: 5% IBU: Made in collaboration with our friend Theo Freyne all the way from DEYA brewery in Cheltenham, UK. Moral Victory is a replication of their stalwart and leading Pale Ale in the UK, Steady Rolling Man just; but, for this Southern Hemisphere edition, it leans further into a Motueka hop-heavy recipe and is fermented with Wildflower’s house culture of yeast and bacteria foraged from native flowers here in New South Wales. It was aged in 500-litre puncheon for 9 months before bottling and conditioning. Imagery by Lewis Martin and naming thanks to the English Men’s Test Cricket side. Ingredients: malted Schooner barley*, raw red Beaufort wheat*, yeasts and bacteria foraged from native flowers and hops. *Indicates certified organically grown.Indicates a product of New South Wales.
