The Hastings Project is a Community Interest Company which brews beer to raise money for local charitable and community projects. This beer is brewed in aid of a local charity, Little Gate Farm, who help people with learning disabilities get into paid work. This is the second pale that the Hastings Project have brewed with the legendary Burning Sky – this time around, it’s hopped with Cashmere, Motueka and Riwaka bringing big lime lemon zest and tropical notes and a touch of melon, all on a bed of wheat and oats for body and soft structure.
