x Brick x Villages A Pail Of Two Halves Pale Ale 5%

A Pale of Two Halves is a celebration of the fantastic Rusty Bucket in Eltham, brewed in collaboration with Brick and Villages. This half employs an expressive, fruit forward yeast which elevates the intense aromas of passionfruit, ripe mango and pine. A simple malt base, including a large portion of oats, results in a soft mouthfeel, and allow for the hops to come to the fore. Gentle bitterness keeps the beer balanced, focused and satisfyingly drinkable. Look out for the second half, packaged exclusively in cask.
