Brewed as part of Brewgooder’s Global Gathering fundraising campaign. The Global Gathering campaign, orchestrated by Brewgooder, is uniting over 250 global breweries over World Water Day weekend of 20-22nd March 2020, with the aim of raising £500 or more each for Brewgooder Foundation rehabilitation and construction projects across Malawi that we hope will empower the lives of 100,000 people in 2020/21. Our Wildflower Sour is a complex, rustic sour with the idea of sustainability and using mainly UK ingredients to increase our positive impact on the product and overall campaign. Using spelt (a UK-grown ingredients and (a sustainable crop) provides an underlying nutty aroma, complemented by a huge floral nose from UK-grown chamomile, marigold and bluemallow flowers added during conditioning. An underlying sweetness comes from adding South East London wildflower honey during the boil.
