A collaboration with our friends from Balance. A blend of two versions of the same turbid-mashed base beer, fermented in barrel with our respective house cultures. Two parts of Rioja barrel aged ale with second use Shropshire plums to one part from one of our favourite sour-producing Bordeaux barrels. Farmhouse, sour, vinous. Size: 750ml ABV: 5.5%
