West Coast Keller Citra Cold IPA 5%

Inspired by West Coast lagers from the US, this is hop-forward, aromatic and modern take on the kellerbiers of Europe. The Newbarns team took a lean, sinkable light lager, added a handful of rice, then fermented it warmer, lagered it shorter and left it ever so slightly cloudier than usual. The beer accentuates the character of the Newbarns house strain, with Citra hops delivering the goods too.
