Vimtone – 6%

« In May we are launching a trio of soda-inspired sour beers, all made with our fresh sour mixed culture and conditioned to achieve nostalgic flavours of classic fizzy soft drinks. For this launch we’ve made beers based on Lemon Ice Tea, Vanilla Cola and Vimto. Our fresh sours tend to have similarities with sodas – spritzy, juicy, bursting with fruit flavours but also with the classic Pastore acidity. For Vimtone we used raspberries, blackcurrants and white grapes for that unmistakeable Vimto fruit combination. »
