From the land of the ice and snow, from the midnight sun where the hot springs flow. Traditional Norwegian Kveik yeast, sourced from a private collection, now unleashed on new lands. Mashed with oats, rye and juniper branches, and laden with Nelson, Citra, Strata and El Dorado, this is a NEIPA unlike any other.
