Lager – Czech / Bohemian | 6.2% ABV Commercial Description: We’re dropping a very special “Zero Day Old” 14° Special Czech Lager to celebrate our 4th Anniversary.Why 14°?Often beers brewed stronger (above 13º) in the Czech Republic are reserved for special occasions and referred to as « Speciál Ležák » or Special lager. We used our floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt combined with a new hop variety from the Czech Republic called Kazbek. It exhibits notes of citrus and fruit but still has that Saaz classic noble spice character.
