Unconditional Love

A classic West Coast IPA, brewed to have a biting lingering bitterness backed up by adding chinook and Summit hops in the kettle at the end of boil to bring biting resinous, pithy notes. All of this is balanced against a maltier base as favoured in West Coast IPAs. Dry-hopped with the west coast favourite, cascade to bring big piney notes to keep you going back for more.
