For version two of this DIPA, Beak has upped the quantity of hops, changed the dry hopping schedule and added a hefty dose of flaked wheat and oats to the grist. The result is a big, bumbling behemoth of a beer brimming with jammy- overripe flavours of melon, blueberry and mango.
