Kicks Brewing are based in Marrickville, in the Inner West of Sydney. Founded by husband and wife team Brendan and Jess Ibbett in 2021, they are passionate about pairing great beer with great design (and so are we!). Together, we have brewed a Bitter that’s true to style (yet unquestionably Aussie) and showcases Red Earth hops. Described as Australia’s answer to Saaz, the variety has complex noble characteristics, offering white pepper, delicate spice and earthy notes alongside citrus and berry sweetness.
