Tiresias

A strong, Belgian Quad aged in grain whisky barrels. Pouring a deep reddish brown, Belgian candi sugars and a proprietary yeast blend give vanilla and cherry aromas, and dessert like flavours of toffee, date and raisin. A touch of oak and the slightest note of whisky add to the balance between sweet and dry leaving the beer refreshing yet decadent.
