This brews got the B.M.F (Big Ass Mouthfeel) and B.A.F (Big Ass Flavor)… as complex as the badass creature from Greek mythology from which it takes it’s namesake, Cerberus.CERB IPA is a brand new cocktail-inspired IPA that we loaded with riverboat full of melon and peach! Brewed with 2-Row, flaked oat, and a little bit of red wheat before a light hopping of Galaxy and Columbus and then absolutely BRUTALIZED by a DOUBLE DRY-HOPPING with Galaxy and Citra. CERB is then conditioned on (almost literal) tons of fresh and fragrant melon and peach.Notes of melon shaved ice, Bubble Yum, and the tastiest goddamn cocktail below the Mason-Dixon =)
