In collaboration with local confectioners, Chuao Chocolatiers, we embarked on a journey to reimagine their innovative and delectable chocolate bars as beer.Caramel and roasted coffee notes from the British specialty malts blend harmoniously with a rich chocolate flavor from the liberal use of raw dark cacao nibs. A slight warming follows from the pasilla peppers and Cayenne pepper along with hints of cinnamon.
