Most beers, you can rate on a scale of 1 to 10. But once you drink a « 10, » what can you drink from there? Nothing, right? Well, This One Goes to Eleven. The 11th installment in our « Twelve Days » holiday series is an Imperial Red Ale brewed with cabernet grapes for decadent red wine-like flavors. The beer has aromas of ripe jammy berries, caramel, and hints of oak that linger through a bittersweet finish. ‘Tis the season to celebrate with a beer that goes ALL the way up.
