The Guava Sour 3.5%

Bright, fresh and incredibly tropical. Wheat, spelt and chit malt give a soft, full body to the beer, balancing out the acidity contributed by the Lactobacillus kettle souring. The intense, tropical fruit aromas and flavours of the Guava are complimented by a modest Citra dry hop.
