You don’t need more evidence than today’s 4.30 UT-rated Imperial RyePA! To craft this elusive stunner, the Sapwood crew started with a velvety base brewed with flaked rye. Then they layered it with Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Cryo, and Riwaka for succulent surges of straight nectar. Luscious mango, white grape, and pink grapefruit tones erupt out of every pillowy swig like fire out of a drake. Mellow blueberry and pine swoop in afterwards with a hint of peppery spice, further obscuring the 8% ABV. Careful though — it’s all so juicy and refreshing, once this wyrm sinks its claws into you, it’s easy to get carried away! Now’s your chance to make true believers out of your friends when you share The Dragon with them while playing D&D or rewatching The Hobbit.
