The Brewers Pillls Pine Lime Lactic

We hope you like pineapple, lime and sour things… but mostly pineapple. On the nose, there’s a strong pineapple and light funk lactic aroma. It has an initial bite and flavour of acidic, under-ripe pineapple, followed by a biting lactic sourness and funk. It’s finish is lime with lingering acidity. There’s a low level haze, straw yellow in colour with a quickly dissipating thin head.
