Now run by brothers Jean and Pascal, this Terre Rouge is Pascal’s negotiant project – the wine is made from grapes purchased from likeminded, sustainable growers working their vines organically, eschewing herbicides and chemical fertilisers, and vinified in line with Pascal’s winemaking principles. This pours dark red, with a very fruity nose, both powerful and elegant. It’s round and soft on the palate with great fruit intensity and notes of blackberries and small red fruits.
