Tamagotcha Chilli Sauce

Catford Fire took some bird’s eye chillies, added some tamarind and Thai holy basil, then added some cherries for sweetness and colour. It’s surprisingly spicy but beautifully balanced. Ingredients: Water, bird’s eye chilli, apple cider vinegar, onion, cherries, agave nectar, tamarind, garlic, Thai basil, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum). Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan.
