St Mars of the Desert Hopfenfest 3.5%

A beer to drink all summer, and dream of in winter. Inspired by the low gravity beers of Germany and also one that was made by a friend of ours in Massachusetts in the early 2000s, this beer is pale, lower in alcohol, and beautifully aromatic from oodles of Perle and Saphir hops, grown in Germany. Bring on the long sunny drinking days of summer!
