Wild berries – Dark spices – Licorice Arianna Occhipinti is the niece of world-famous natural winemaker Guisto Occhipinti of COS and discovered her love for wine at a young age and has been making wine from her estate near to Vittoria, in the far south of Sicily, for more than a decade, Her vineyards are worked using biodynamic principals and she also takes a non-interventionalist approach in the cellar, using only natural yeasts are used, no temperature control, fining or filtration and minimal SO2 at bottling.
