Societe Catch You On The Flip Side

What’s that they say? Something about « the best laid plans »… When we set out to brew this San Diego-Style IPA with the fine folks at Societe Brewing Company, we daydreamed about enjoying this deliciously tropical slice-of-heaven with all of our friends and family in the heat of summer. But hey, plans change. « Catch You on the Flip Side » was the last thing we said to each other before lockdown, and if this isn’t the « flip side » we’re living in, we don’t know what is. Fortunately, we got the band back together, and decided to pull out all the stops. We packed this one to the brim with Southern Hemisphere hops for a clean, crisp, and endlessly drinkable IPA bursting with tropical flavors and aromas. The world looks a bit different from when we started, but great beer is great beer, no matter what side you’re on.
