Acid – Citrus – Green apples Andi took over the winemaking duties on his Franken family estate in 2015 and three years later converted to organics and natural winemaking. He uses an 80 year old basket press and large wooden barrels, and makes all his wines without the use of fining, filtration or added sulphur. This German Silvaner comes direct from Andi’s unique Keuper soils from 45 year old vines. Picked early, this has Tesla-coil electricity wound through it – acid, citrus and green apples.
