Enter the Schlimme Ziege, or Bad Goat – our collaboration brew with Fat Goat, an independent bar located in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges. One might think this is a traditional German Hefeweizen, but this beer is anything but tame. This bad boy breaks the rules, with the addition of new world hops to bring out a zesty, bold and fruity character.
