Mireille is one of the more than seventy Schaarbeekse orchard owners who we source our locl Schaarbeekse cherries from. She has one of the most bewildered collections. While a wild Schaarbeekse grows like a bush, Mireille has let them grow to a dense hedge. Every summer, it bursts with thr most tasty Schaarbeekse sour cherries. In the summer of 2020, Mireille has brought in more than one 200 kilos of pristine sour cherries, carefully selected.
