San Diego Illusion of Sorts

Brewing beer can be so fulfilling, in part due to endless threads of inspiration gleaned by other producers. One of our favorite avenues of experimentation is driven by our love of wine – how can we capture flavors of vibrant and dynamic wines in our beers? This special release is our newest vision thrust to reality. Sparkling, crisp, and strongly redolent of low-intervention white wine and summertime red fruits, a complete illusion of sorts, this is still a beer.
