Round Are Way

A Classic Bitter leaning West Coast IPA made using some of the classic ‘C’ hops from the US. First up, Centennial is loaded in to the whirlpool at the end of boil giving a base of dank, earthy notes with a hint of citrus. The beer is then fermented with a classic neutral US yeast to allow the hops to shine. Towards the end of fermentation we add Chinook hops, bringing a hint of tropical pineapple alongside a pine note. At the end of active fermentation we then have a big dose of Cascade a real US classic known for bring pine and grapefruit notes to the nose.
