Rewilding

Rewilding, taking inspiration from Antipodean white wines this light and spritzy sour uses Nelson for fresh grape and tropical notes and Motueka for a delicate lime finish. At only 3% it’s an all-day sipper and made in the hope of an extended Indian summer. Here’s hoping.
