Brewed at 6.5% ABV, it has a generous malty base, but there is plenty of fresh hop character to keep everything lively, balanced and very easy to enjoy. Mosaic and Citra bring layers of citrus, ripe stone fruit and pine, while caramel malt adds warmth and a touch of sweetness through the middle. The bitterness is confident without taking over, giving you a Red IPA that feels full of flavour but still fresh and nicely put together. If you love IPA but enjoy a little more malt richness and depth, this is a really good one to try. About The Brewery, History And Region Reckless Brewing Co is an independent brewery based in Bathurst in the Central West of New South Wales. It was created by long time friends Grace, Jarrod and Alice, who set out to brew the kinds of beers they genuinely wanted to drink themselves. Today Reckless brews from its own brewery and taproom inside a heritage listed former flour mill in Bathurst. It is a great fit for the brewery, combining plenty of local history with a relaxed space built around fresh beer, good food and catching up with friends. The range covers everything from easy drinking lagers and pale ales to IPAs, stouts and more adventurous releases.
