Raspberry Beliner Weisse

In Germany the Reihnheitsgebot or purity law means that only water, hops, malt and yeast can be used to brew a beer. But the Germans got around this law by adding fruit to the classic Berliner Weisse beer, once the beer is poured into the glass. We are not restricted by these laws, so we’ve added the raspberry directly to this German classic. It’s the perfect balance of tart and fruity refreshment and a lively experience with subtle sweet and zesty flavours from the raspberry and refreshing mild tartness.
