This is Lost and Grounded’s homage to a traditional Witbier. Inspired by the freshness of Spring and the zest that accompanies the season. This refreshing Belgian beer style, has notes of citrus, spice, with ultra-low hops, and a beautifully smooth mouthfeel. A base of 50% Pils malt, 30% Wheat malt, and 20% oats provide a soft base and clean haze. Soft with low bitterness and spiced with dried bitter orange peel, coriander, and nutmeg.
