Pub Ale

We love a traditional cask beer and a traditional pub, and this beer is our homage to that. Made to have rich toffee malt notes and is paired with the beautiful British hop Bramling Cross to bring notes of hedgerow berry and spice to the nose. This beer is fermented slightly warmer to give some of those more traditional ale aromas to the beer. Ours is slightly darker than some, offering a lovely biscuit baseline.
