Single Hopped Citra DIPA with our favourite North West Yeast. Excuse us while we geek out and get all excited. This DIPA is made with a British brewing legend yeast that’s thousands (5191!) of generations old from our friends at JW Lees. We’re thrilled to update this 2017 recipe and bring back a beer that’s modern, bold, supremely hoppy, and about as properly Manc as it can be.
