Sour & Wild4.6% ABV | 473ml When our good friends at Oregon Fruit Products let us know about their new prickly pear puree, we couldn’t resist!This kettle sour is composed of pale row 2 malt and generous amounts of unmalted wheat and oats. After souring the wort it is fermented and aged. We then added a healthy dose of real prickly pear puree before packaging this fresh, juicy and tart ale. -Medicine Hat Brewing Co.
